Hi Liew and welcome to the forum!
I don't think an announcement/ad like this right here will get you the gig.
I suggest that you start looking up studios in Oslo and arrange to meet
the owner(s) in person, ask if they're interested in an intern or assistant
(depending on your technical abilites). Most of the studios are too small,
or don't have enough business, to hire you for money (it's not like LA or
NYC here) but they might take you in as a "student" if you seem like a
hard-working and positive person. Worst case scenario, you don't get the
gig and you can start learning on your own or with friends. We're here
regardless of what happens, feel free to engage in the forum (albeit it's in
Norwegian, unfortunately, but we all read and write english so don't be a
stranger.)
Best of luck to you. Let us know what happens, and ask if there's anything we can help you with.
